Mark Hamill turns on the evil as killer doll Chucky in ‘Child’s Play’ first look

The force is dark with this one. So dark.

Mark Hamill steps out as evil doll Chucky, voicing the insidious killer in this first sneak peek clip from “Child’s Play.”

“Are we having fun now?” Hamill’s Chucky asks as he freaks out Andy (Gabriel Bateman) in the reboot of the 1988 horror classic. (Brad Dourif voiced the original Chucky doll.)

Andy swings a baseball bat like a lightsaber, knocking down a few boxes looking for Chucky. But still the hidden doll just laughs like it’s something he learned from Emperor Palpatine.

We hear a lot of Chucky’s new voice, but don’t see the elusive doll. The clip is called “peekaboo,” after all.

The new “Child’s Play” follows Karen (Aubrey Plaza), a single mother who isn’t aware of the doll’s sinister nature when she gives the toy to her son.

There will be plenty more killing and sinister laughing when “Child’s Play” opens June 21.
